A three days programme – Sampurna Swasthya Sivir “Khusion ka Super Bazar” was organized at Sub-Zone, Nabarangpur (Odisha) from 7^th June 2019 to 9^th June 2019.

Rajyogi B.K.Purusottam Choudhury, Missile & Rocket Engineer, Indian Army and B.K. Priya Choudhury, M.A (Music and Lit.), Child Psychologist, Experts in motivational lectures, from Nagpur, Maharastra conducted the entire programme to get rid from all kind of mental tensions and acquire happiness in life.

The main topics of the programme were – the secret of happiness, positive thought, tension free life, sweet relationship, Yoga and meditation, control of mind, memory management etc.

The Programme was inaugurated on the evening of 7^th June 2019 at the Harmony Hall, Brahma Kumaris, Nabarangpur (Odisha). Bro. Ramesh Chandra Majhi, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Nabarangpur was the Chief Guest. Bro.Sadasiva Pradhani, MLA, Nabarangpur and Bro. Prof. Radha Nath Behera, President, Senior Citizen Association, Nabarangpur were the invited Guest in the programme.

Sub-Zone Director Rajyogini BK Neelam Didiji invited all guests on stage and presided over the programme. More than 500 public of Nabarangpur District were attended the programme.

During these three days, progammes were also organized at different places of Nabarangpur District such as at BSF Camp, District Jail and other Government Institutions to provide happiness and tension free life among the people of Nabarangpur.

In her speech she stated that, the real Boss of the Super Bajar of happiness in the God “Paramatma”. “Parmatma” is the Ocean of happiness and peace. By having connection with “Paramama” through Rajyoga, our life can be filled by happiness and peace.

Speech by the Chief Guest Bro. Ramesh Chandra Majhi, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Nabarangpur. He stated that, now a days people are very busy in their day to day life and leading unhappy & stressful life. The programme “Khusio ka super bazar” organized by the Brahma Kumaris is a great step for the people of Nabarangpur District to acquire happiness in their life. He advised the public of Nabarangpur to attend the complete programme of 3 days and get complete healthy life.

Speech by Bro. Prof. Dr.Radha Nath Behera, President, Senior Citizen Association, Nabarangpur. He stated that, it is very much necessary for the old age people to stay happy in their life. Only by practicing Rajyoga in daily life, it is possible to acquire happiness and stress free life. So regularly we should practice Rajyoga meditation as taught by the Brahma Kumaris and stay ever healthy.

He stated that, we should always possess positive thought in our mind, so that a positive vibration will be created in the environment. In all kind of situations, we have to command our mind that – I can do it. Then only we can reach at our goal with positive attitude.

Different kind of situations will arise in our life and we have to handle all such situations with positive attitude, positive thought and happiness. So, Situation is our part of life and positive ness the art of life.

To remain healthy and Physical fit Asana and Pranayama is highly required. By practicing Asana and Pranayama daily we can remain ever healthy.
